Spanner & Gabby Isabella Return and Exchange Policy

If there is an item that’s not exactly how you envisioned it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date. Unless you are processing an exchange, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

We do NOT process returns or exchanges for online orders in retail locations at the moment and apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please read all the info below before starting the process.

 

What Can I Return or Exchange?

The items you want to return or exchange must be:

  • In their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
  • Purchased from inspiredstyle.com and not from other retailers.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • "Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased at retail stores or third party websites. Spanner & Gabby Isabella merchandise purchased at independent boutiques must be returned to that retailer.

 

Final Sale

Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item? 

Returns/Exchanges from within Canada

Returns and exchanges within Canada are super simple! Visit our Return Portal and enter your order details to get started. Select the items you'd like to exchange or return, and the Return Portal will issue you a prepaid shipping label to ship back your item(s). Please note that unless you are processing an exchange, the shipping cost for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns/Exchanges from the United States

To start a Return or Exchange from the United States, please enter your order details in our Return Portal and select which pieces you'd like to exchange or return. From there, our team will be in touch to provide instructions on how to ship back your items. Please ensure you attach the customs information along with the prepaid shipping label to your package.

The following handling fees will be deducted from your refund, to help us cover costs of duties and import fees:

  • Returns: $20 USD
  • Exchanges: $10 USD
  • Returns for Shopify store credit: FREE 

Returns from Other Countries (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any taxes & duties incurred upon return to Canada. Please ensure your order is eligible for a return. Note we do not process exchanges for international orders at this time.

To start an International Return, please enter your order details in our Return Portal and select which pieces you'd like to return. A packing slip noting these styles will be generated for you to print and include inside your return package.

We recommend shipping your return back to us with tracking information, to allow our warehouse team to track your return. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once you've dropped off your return package, please email our team at info@inspiredstyle.com with your Order Number, the carrier you used, and tracking information.

How Will I Get Reimbursed?

Once we receive your return package at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. 

Upon processing your return, a Return Notification email will be sent to you to confirm that we have issued your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 1-10 business days for your refund to appear on the original form of payment.

 

Price Protection Policy

Sorry, we do not price match other retailers. As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, Inspired Style Group offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

  • An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 7 calendar days of having placed the order.
  • The item in question is still available on the Inspired Style Group website in the same style and size purchased.
  • Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.
If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team via Live Chat within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment. Failure to submit your request within the above-referenced timeframe will render your request ineligible for refund.
